Goal

Our deeper goal is to transform our client's business so that it earns the most online and becomes the market leader. Already successful market examples include MELGA, LONAS, KRINONA, CASCADA, CAMELIA, the MG BALTIC concern and others.
Team

For these reasons the PrestaRock team believes that every employee has far more potential within them than they think. The goal of the PrestaRock team leaders is to unlock that potential, but it must be a joint effort by both the employee and the team. You must want to take one extra step and expand your understanding and the boundaries of your professionalism to places you previously couldn't imagine.
Motto

Since the company is results-oriented, we use the motto strict but fair, and we expect employees to understand what quality means, to be able to build relationships with colleagues and clients (partnership), to work transparently and to constantly look for ways to improve what they do.

We read books

On the last Thursday of every month we get together with a cup of hot tea to discuss the books we read over the past month. We share ideas, look for inspiration and encourage each other to keep reading. Colleagues say that the book evening not only motivates them to read, but also helps them get to know team members better. We reveal our culinary talent

After moving to a new office we accidentally started a new tradition — bringing in home-cooked meals to treat our colleagues. Over the last six months we have already tasted more than 15 different dishes. We notice that even colleagues who don't usually cook are pitching in. We bring our pets to work

The PrestaRock team loves animals and is always happy when colleagues' pets visit us at the office and spend the whole day with us. Having animals around is calming, brings good emotions and brings us together for shared walks. Maybe you also have a pet you'd like to bring to work with you? We spend time together

Every month we go out together to have fun. We try to make sure the activities suit everyone, so we organise different kinds of outings. Colleagues say that without PrestaRock they wouldn't have dared to try many of those activities. We're glad to have the chance to visit different places together and strengthen the team. We watch sports together

After work we gather together and watch sporting events at the office or head to the arena together. We've noticed that more and more team members are joining in. If you also follow sports and have a favourite team, join PrestaRock and let's cheer for your favourite team together!

We play table football

When we want to take a break during the day, we go play table football. This team game encourages teamwork and healthy competition. We also organise table football championships. We go for shared lunches

Wednesdays are reserved for stepping away from work and having lunch together. Over lunch we share all sorts of stories, and our HR specialist makes sure we taste pizzas from as many different Kaunas pizzerias as possible. We enjoy water activities

Annual boat trips and jet ski rides on Kaunas Lagoon have already become a tradition, and during the cold season we head to water parks and pools. A personal invitation from the CEO

I am a programmer who grew into the CEO of the company. By my own example I show that PrestaRock would not be what it is today without constant learning and the drive to do things better. I'm glad that after many years I still feel the excitement and inspiration to keep learning and to pass on my knowledge and skills to my team. Today, thanks to the training we have put in place, we are a company run with modern management practices and a strong foundation of values.

I believe that everyone can achieve more, but I also understand that it is hard to grow without the support of a team.

I strive to help my team members recognise the potential they have, not to be afraid to push the boundaries of their professionalism, and to bring about change together.
