What will your workday look like?

Your main job will be to understand client needs and grasp their business processes. You’ll communicate with clients in remote and in-person meetings. You’ll combine the client’s need with the capabilities of the systems we use and the solutions we have already built. You’ll propose the optimal solution that meets their expectations. You’ll describe it and pass it on to developers in the right language, and you’ll make sure your solutions are implemented properly all the way through.

  • You’ll systematise the client’s need into a specification using AGILE principles;
  • You’ll help clients prioritise work by evaluating and setting the importance of tasks;
  • You’ll help clients understand technical constraints, the best alternatives and choose the optimal solution;
  • You’ll communicate with the company’s CEO, lead developer and project manager to deliver the best solution to the client;
  • From client requirements you’ll extract the desired need, describe it in technical documentation and propose the best solutions;
  • You’ll work with the ASANA project management system;
  • You’ll keep up with the latest market trends, find and process information and propose improvements;
  • You’ll prepare reusable specifications and templates and keep them up-to-date.

What do we expect?

  • You have a university degree in mathematics, physics or any IT field;
  • You have analytical thinking, can process information quickly and accurately and present your conclusions;
  • You are communicative, thorough and attentive to detail;
  • You express your thoughts clearly and in a structured way in Lithuanian and English;
  • You can work independently, plan your work, set goals and assess achieved results;
  • You want to learn and grow, you are determined and persistent;
  • You have strong computer skills.

WE WILL CONSIDER AS AN ADVANTAGE IF:

  • You have experience working with information systems (system design, analysis, needs analysis);
  • You have programming experience;
  • You have worked with IT companies or in the programming field;
  • You know the AGILE SCRUM methodology.

Salary

700 – 1500 €/month net
Salary depends on skills, experience and competencies.
