What will your workday look like?

We offer an internship for a future PHP developer or tester. If you want to experience what it’s like to work with e-commerce market leaders, build the right skills for an entire career and gain practical experience, we invite you to intern with PrestaRock.

  • You’ll get to know the PrestaShop (Symfony) e-commerce system;
  • You’ll build, maintain and improve online stores with the PrestaShop system based on PHP, CSS, JS, Symfony, HTML, Bootstrap, Smarty and Twig technologies;
  • You’ll work with Symfony, Vue.js, Akeneo frameworks and systems;
  • You’ll communicate via the ASANA project management system;
  • You’ll have the opportunity to build modules independently that integrate into PrestaShop;
  • You’ll do testing of our existing projects and independently create test plans and approve them with a mentor;
  • You’ll improve your theoretical testing knowledge;
  • You’ll take part in company-wide meetings and learn from professionals;
  • You’ll take part in company-organised events, training and other activities;
  • You’ll be able to implement your bachelor thesis project here.

The length of the internship and the activities during it depend on the intern’s individual expectations and goals, which are discussed during the interview.

What do we expect?

  • You have a university degree in IT or are a final-year student;
  • You understand AGILE SPRINT;
  • You are proactive, want to grow and develop, and enjoy challenges;
  • You can read and write in English;
  • You enjoy programming in your free time.

WE WILL CONSIDER AS AN ADVANTAGE IF:

  • You have experience with Symfony / Laravel or another framework;
  • You can use GIT / Bitbucket;
  • You have experience with PrestaShop and / or another e-commerce system.
