While working we’ll shape your sales skills. Step by step you’ll become a real IT salesperson who successfully represents our company in meetings, presents it and ensures a positive B2B client experience.

  • Your main goal will be to listen to the client, build a relationship with them and present the company;
  • You’ll make sure that the client moves through our sales process from initial inquiry to signed contract;
  • You’ll help the client and answer any questions they have;
  • You’ll gather initial information about potential clients and the market they operate in;
  • You’ll do smaller tasks (finding contacts, preparing orders, preparing documents and contracts);
  • You’ll monitor competitors, prepare reports and document them;
  • You’ll do market research.

What do we expect?

  • You have a university degree in marketing, management or sales, or are a final-year student;
  • You have experience in sales, marketing or a similar field;
  • You have strong computer and office software skills;
  • You are motivated, communicative, thorough and attentive to detail;
  • You have analytical thinking, can process information quickly and present your conclusions;
  • You express your thoughts clearly and in a structured way in Lithuanian and English;
  • You can learn independently, plan your workday and complete tasks to the end.

WE WILL CONSIDER AS AN ADVANTAGE IF:

  • You have programming experience / an IT background;
  • You understand AGILE SPRINT;
  • You have worked with IT companies.

Salary

600 – 1200 €/month net
Salary depends on skills, experience and competencies.
