What will your workday look like?

Working with PrestaShop online stores — their building, development and bug fixing; coordinating, distributing, planning and organising projects and tasks among team members. Constant work with clients, clarifying their needs, preparing and sending contracts, documenting, initial client consultation, working with the ASANA project management system, preparing instructions, preparing and reviewing test plans, working with new clients, presenting offers and presenting the company.

  • You’ll work with a team of 5-7 people;
  • You’ll be responsible for planning, organising, controlling and executing projects;
  • You’ll communicate directly with clients, try to clarify their needs and prepare contracts;
  • You’ll work with the ASANA project management system and an internal CRM, and prepare instructions;
  • You’ll distribute tasks and monitor the time taken to complete them;
  • You’ll work on PrestaShop online store development projects;
  • You’ll attend conferences and seminars that will help you become a better project manager.

IMPORTANT: This role involves IT projects in the field of programming services, so being organised and able to work with and understand software is essential. In other words, you must be able to understand what a CMS is, what the limits of software solutions are, etc.

What do we expect?

  • You have a university degree or knowledge in the IT field;
  • You have analytical thinking;
  • You want to learn and grow professionally;
  • You are open and able to take responsibility;
  • You can solve problems independently, quickly identifying viable alternatives;
  • You are organised and able to prioritise work properly;
  • You are familiar with AGILE, WATERFALL or other project management methods;
  • You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.

WE WILL CONSIDER AS AN ADVANTAGE IF:

  • You have experience in testing, programming or analytical work;
  • You have theoretical or practical knowledge of LEAN and TOC;
  • You have IT project management or similar work experience;
  • You are familiar with IT technologies (CMS, SEO).

Salary

800 – 1700 €/month net
Salary depends on skills, experience and competencies.
