One common question from companies with multiple employees or SEO specialists is, “Can I see who changed what in the PrestaShop back office?” The answer is partially yes.
You can view some actions via Advanced Settings > Logs. This section provides key information about errors, catalog changes made by your employees, and a few other details.

The default “no-image” placeholder doesn’t always match your store’s design. You can easily replace it by navigating to Localization > Languages > Select your language > “No Picture” image and uploading your custom version.
In older versions of PrestaShop (1.2–1.5), the default admin menu was located at the top instead of the left. You can still restore this layout by going to Administration > Employees > Edit the employee > Admin menu orientation and setting it to “Top” for new orders. You can also install the free module Mail Alerts (email alerts notifications via email).
This module also lets you configure alerts for low stock and choose which email addresses will receive notifications. You can add multiple email addresses — one per line.
To install, go to Modules > Search for “mailalerts” > Install the module.
