Activewear made accessible with a multi-storefront digital presence for Lithuania’s outdoor lifestyle leader
The HIATUS project is a perfect example of how a fully custom-built PrestaShop framework can deliver a seamless omnichannel experience without requiring further front-end redesigns. From launch, the site was structured around a strong visual identity, clean layout, and an above-the-fold design that highlights HIATUS’s partner brands and featured collections, creating a strong marketing and visual storytelling foundation.
One of the most significant achievements in this project was the ERP integration with the company’s loyalty card system. This system connects online and physical store operations into a unified customer experience. Customers can register or purchase a loyalty card directly from the e-commerce site or in-store, and the loyalty profile is fully synchronized between both channels.
The loyalty system operates on multiple tiers, offering different discount levels based on customer status. Whether a customer shops in-store or online, their pricing, discounts, and card information are automatically applied and updated through the ERP integration, creating a true omnichannel shopping experience that rewards engagement and repeat purchases.
The site also features our 4-step PrestaShop checkout process, designed to simplify the path to purchase and reduce abandonment. Each step is separated and streamlined, ensuring a smooth experience for first-time or mobile users.
This project didn’t require complex B2B logic—just a highly scalable, fast-loading, and easy-to-navigate store that delivers on usability and performance. With the ERP and loyalty systems working together in real time, HIATUS now runs a future-ready PrestaShop platform that strengthens brand presence both online and across physical locations throughout Lithuania.
