Optimized B2B PrestaShop Platform for Construction Materials Supplier OSB.lt

This project focused on delivering a fast, cost-efficient, and scalable B2B e-commerce solution for OSB.lt, a leading supplier of OSB boards and construction materials in Lithuania. Built on our modular PrestaShop framework, the project utilized a clean, minimalist design that reduced development overhead while ensuring a professional digital presence aligned with the construction industry’s expectations.

We implemented tight integration with the company’s ERP system to ensure real-time synchronization of orders, product data, and stock levels. This allowed consistent pricing, inventory accuracy, and seamless internal processing across all digital touchpoints. The system also included dedicated B2B functionality, allowing registered wholesale clients to view customer-specific pricing, access personalized payment methods, and check available credit or outstanding debts before completing orders.

To enhance product discoverability, the category grid layout was enhanced with visible product specifications tailored to the building materials sector—enabling professionals to identify the right materials at a glance. On product pages, we introduced a dual-price display that shows the cost per unit (e.g., m²) and per pack, offering complete transparency for construction buyers comparing based on quantity or volume.

The result is a highly efficient online sales channel that balances budget, performance, and functionality, empowering OSB.lt to serve large contractors and smaller buyers with the same precision and reliability as in its physical distribution model.
