Krinona is a well-established electronics distributor, and this project demonstrates how our flexible PrestaShop framework can support high-volume product sales and after-sales service operations. The store combines a modern, user-focused design with performance-focused features, delivering an efficient digital platform for both everyday customers and service personnel.
The site is built on our PrestaShop framework, which includes a clean, conversion-optimized design, ERP-integrated inventory, and our 4+1 step checkout process tailored for smoother ordering. The homepage, category, and product pages are structured for clarity, mobile usability, and effective merchandising.
A standout component of the platform is the fully integrated repair and return (RMA) system, developed using LEAN and TOC methodologies. This custom solution allows Krinona’s team to manage broken or returned items through a structured digital workflow—from initial submission to diagnostics, part ordering, technician uploads, and final repair confirmation.
The RMA system features status tracking, file attachments, technician notes, and ticket histories, making it easy for internal teams to coordinate and respond quickly. This significantly reduces manual paperwork, improves customer transparency, and transforms repair logistics into a streamlined, trackable process.
With performance optimizations, a scalable architecture, and an integrated repair system, Krinona now operates on a future-ready PrestaShop platform that supports e-commerce growth and operational excellence in service management.
