Over 25 years of safety gear leadership, now paired with a modern e-commerce storefront for nationwide access
Saugima is a strong example of how a theme-based PrestaShop setup can be transformed into a secure, fast, and highly functional B2B e-commerce solution when powered by our expertise.
Although the project began with a third-party theme, we enhanced it significantly, starting with complete security and performance optimization. We also conducted a manual code review, improved load times, and implemented best practices for PrestaShop speed tuning.
Product clarity is critical for the industrial clothing segment. We customized the product page and filtering system to solve a key industry challenge: helping customers quickly identify standards, certifications, and material specifications. This allows professionals to make confident decisions based on the use case—visibility gear, flame-resistant clothing, or multi-layer protection.
The platform also features our proven 4+1 step PrestaShop checkout, specifically adapted for B2B workflows. It includes smart logic that checks if the client has an active contract, verifies whether contract-based payment is available, and applies the correct restrictions automatically, reducing back-and-forth and ensuring a smooth experience for repeat corporate buyers.
To support dynamic pricing and a growing product catalog, we integrated the PrestaRock advanced import module. This module synchronizes product data, stock, and individual client prices from the ERP system and external suppliers, enabling fully automated updates for thousands of SKUs and maintaining pricing accuracy in a multi-client B2B environment.
Saugima runs on a scalable PrestaShop foundation that blends theme-level design with enterprise-grade performance, precision, and security—ideally suited for the industrial workwear market.
